Our flourless cookie tray uses historic recipes from around the world.  These are all authentic, flourless recipes.  They are not versions of recipes containing gluten free flour.  They contain no gums or thickeners, which are commonly found in gluten free recipes.  Our flourless cookie tray includes the following cookies:
